We will then arrange a complimentary Discovery Session to discuss your needs for your home or commercial space.

Walkthrough appointment

After the Discovery Session, a walkthrough appointment is scheduled at a fee starting from £150 for one-and-a-half hours. This appointment is typically booked within a week from the initial contact, and all details will be confirmed via email. We recommend visiting our showroom to see our work and the products we offer.

Proposal and fees

Following the walkthrough appointment, we will send a detailed proposal with costings for the design within 2-3 working days. We will request a call within a day to discuss the proposal. If you choose to proceed, a 50% fee will be required to initiate the design process.

Design timeline

The timeline for completing your design will depend on the size of the project and will be communicated via email. Typically, you can expect to receive your design within a week for a single room. We will invite you to return to the showroom to review the design and any agreed changes will be incorporated.

Project execution

Once the design is finalized, we will secure trades and prices for the work, including product costs and a project management fee. After agreeing on these details and making the necessary deposits, a project schedule will be drafted, and work will be booked in.

Ongoing communication

We will keep you updated weekly throughout the project. The entire process, from initial contact to project completion, may take up to six weeks.
