It was a wonderful experience working with Leigh Hall of Strive for Design. Leigh has an incredibly elegant and luxurious design aesthetic, along with a real talent for creating rooms that feel absolutely exquisite. Her attention to detail and ability to balance beauty, comfort and impact is exceptional. If you are looking for high end interior design, truly show stopping spaces and an uncompromising sense of luxury, Leigh is without question the designer to work with.

I knew Leigh at Strive for Design prior to instructing her to come up with some ideas for our new home in Shelford. I struggled with piecing anything together due to time at work, so I decided to get some professional help. Leigh provided two diverse designs as I wanted one room to be more country and the other to be more formal. Not only was I provided with samples, CGI visuals and finishes, but Leigh and her team provided quotes to renovate and place all furniture in situ along with hanging mirrors and installing a bespoke bookcase with TV. Her team gutted each room, organised tradesmen who were all very professional, dealt with any hurdle that came up and finished both rooms to a very high standard. I am so pleased with the whole experience that I'm now instructing Leigh to complete a further two bathrooms and a new kitchen design. I would like to say that Leigh and her team have been fully committed throughout the whole project and I would absolutely recommend Strive for Design to anyone wanting an interior design and build service.

We have worked with Leigh and the team at Strive for Design on several fabulous projects this year. Leigh’s vision, experience and innovative design transform into stunning joinery which we have been privileged to make. Seeing our joinery in the completed projects and the customers' positive reactions has been rewarding for our team too. On one recent project, we had the honour to meet the client at an event and they were completely overwhelmed with not only the design but the service Leigh and her team provide.

Strive for Design was a perfect find for us, Leigh and Lisa quickly understood our requirements and styles, whilst pushing our boundaries very successfully. They gave us a wonderful presentation and we were able to select many new interior design ideas. Leigh is able to source items and furnishings that we just would not have found. The end result is fantastic and we will definitely be back for further support.

Leigh is a fantastic designer! She has lots of great suggestions, offers lots of choices, and the end result looks beautiful!

I started working with Leigh and her team over a year ago. Both my wife and I had just purchased a five-bedroom house in Cambridge and wanted help with designing two reception rooms. This evolved into Strive for Design designing, renovating and installing four bathrooms, a new kitchen and all bedrooms along with a hallway that has completely transformed the light and whole vibe to the entrance. From the start, Leigh provided us with 2D plans, samples to choose from for each room, finishes and ideas that we would never have thought of. I would highly recommend anyone wanting a design one-stop-shop service to go and meet Leigh and her team.

Leigh is fantastic as an interior designer. She meets all your requirements and works with your budgets. Her shop is amazing with endless fabrics, wallpapers and ideas to choose from. I would highly recommend Leigh. The kind of person you can give a set of keys to and let her crack on with the job. Highly reliable and trustworthy service with amazing ideas and through into renovation and interior design.

I approached Leigh initially for advice and inspiration for a dull and gloomy hallway. She quickly made suggestions for some beautiful console tables, statement mirror and amazing copper lighting. The copper lighting really lifted the whole area and showed off my attic flooring to its best. I was so impressed I asked her to redesign an ensuite bathroom for the guest bedroom. It is now modern, practical and stylish. Some really interesting and different thing that I would never have thought of by myself. The work was completed quickly and to a high standard with no mess or convenience to us. Top class job and looking forward to commissioning another new bathroom soon.

Leigh has done several projects in our house - most recently a new bathroom, a downstairs cloakroom and some new carpets. She has amazing ideas and really knows how to create a wow factor. Then she sources all the materials, brings together the various skills needed for the job and project manages the job perfectly. I can't recommend her highly enough - the results are amazing

This place is amazing - everything you need to be inspired. Leigh is so helpful and she has several showrooms so you can see just how things work together. I would highly recommend a visit if you can get there. otherwise you can buy online. We ordered some made-to-measure day beds and they fitted perfectly and the quality met our expectations.

Popped in on the off chance. What a hidden gem!!! I found Leigh very knowledgable. Fantastic showroom and purchased some home accessories.

Leigh and her team at Strive for Design have relocated me to a new build apartment in Cambridge which had nothing in other than a new kitchen and all bathrooms. Leigh designed the whole apartment to a very high standard with bespoke headboards and beds, a floating TV unit to house Sky and some small accessories, a long unto sofa, occasional chair, dining table and chairs, curtains and blinds, outdoor furniture for the terraces and small accessories throughout. Leigh managed all the TV and Sky installation and set up accounts with BT all the services for the apartment. The turnkey service I was provided meant I had nothing to do with any of the above apart from moving my clothes in.
I would highly recommend Leigh and her team not just for the turnkey service she provided but for her designs and high quality that she supplies.
Adrian Parry
Wonderful service and advice.

I called Strive For Design. Leigh responded promptly. I had a colour conundrum which was sorted out and advise on colour placement. The work is currently ongoing and looking fabulous. Leigh is proactive in how the work is going. Highly recommended.

Leigh and the team are really passionate about what they do and their showroom is absolutely incredible! I would recommend anyone and everyone to Strive for Design if you need an interior designer!
David Cobbold
New bathroom was top quality appliances and workmanship. Much admired by many. New kitchen/dining area, again top quality appliances and workmanship. You really do get what you pay for even if the prices seem to be eye-watering at times! In a time of fast-rising prices for everything it's to be expected. These big projects have taken a while but both of them were well worth the wait. There has been huge admiration for both.

You need to go see Leigh and the team at Strive for Design. Not only is the showroom exceptional, the service mirrors this. There is nowhere like this that offers such a cost effective extensive range of products for all aspects of your home or business. Highly recommend a visit.

I took Leigh’s “Intro to Design” course on a 1 to 1 session; it was an absolute privilege to spend the day learning from her. Her step-by-step guide through the fundamentals of interior design is brilliant and she even took the time to give ideas and inspiration for my own kitchen. Can’t recommend this course enough for anyone who wants to pursue a career in interiors or design their own home!!
Amy Smith
Strive for Design is absolutely fantastic, not the usual bland interior design company, where they copy and paste a design into everyone’s homes! Leigh is full of ideas and is so passionate, it’s as if it’s her own home she is designing for. She wanted me to be so happy with every part of her designs. Such a breath of fresh air in the interior design business. Finally someone thinks outside the box!! I couldn’t be happier. Make a trip to her showroom, it’s lovely and welcoming, just like Leigh. I can’t thank you enough.
Georgina Abrahams
Wow, absolutely fabulous showroom, from bathrooms, kitchens, flooring, fabrics wallpaper, it’s all here, and the level of service is exception. Well worth the visit from Essex. Only 40min drive tops. Leigh is welcoming and listens intensely to what you are looking for. Full of ideas and brilliant advice, her showroom is just a tip of the iceberg of her suppliers, connections and knowledge. She has beautiful products, some brands you have heard of, others maybe not, Leigh has sourced globally, and they are stunning finds. I now have a new lease of life to get our renovation completed, I was so confused and struggling to know what to do. Nothing is too much trouble, and Leigh approaches your project with passion and enthusiasm, and treats your project individually rather than cloning one project to the next, which I have seen locally on repeat!! Absolutely fabulous find. Leigh will be designing all of our projects, can’t recommend highly enough. Thank you Leigh and the team.

Leigh and her team were fantastic. She brought fresh ideas I hadn't considered, and my new wardrobes turned out beautifully. The pricing was reasonable, and the quality of the wardrobes is excellent. Leigh kept me well-informed about delivery schedules and the arrival times of the carpenters, electricians, and other tradespeople. Everyone involved in the project was polite and maintained a high level of cleanliness. Strive for Design handles interiors for all rooms, and I highly recommend them for any interior work. I'll definitely be reaching out to Leigh again for my next project.

A huge thank you to Leigh for her design consultation service which has meant my house now feels like a home with beautiful complimentary William Yeoward colours throughout. Leigh also helped with the redesign of my kitchen to incorporate a bespoke end unit and breakfast bar.

We are absolutely thrilled with our lounge and cannot recommend Strive for Design highly enough.
From the very beginning, Leigh truly listened to what we wanted and transformed our ideas into a space that has completely exceeded our expectations.
The creativity, attention to detail, and impeccable sense of style are evident in every part of the design.
